Deep hole drilling and boring machine(CNC optional) is the
special equipment for processing cylindrical workpiece, such as the spindle
hole of machine tool, various through hole of hydraulic cylinder, air cylinder,
blind hole and stepped hole, etc. The machine is mainly used for drilling,
boring, and roller burnishing. The bed body has the excellent rigidity and
precision retaining ability. The spindle has a wide speed range. Feeding system
is driven by AC servo motor to meet various demand of deep hole processing. Oil
feeder fastening and workpiece clamping adopts hydraulic system or servo
control. The data display uses the meter or the screen. The machine control is
very safe and reliable.
This machine is the
special used for cylindrical workpiece, it can process the through hole or
stepped hole; chip removal methods include internal removal type or forward
removal type. It can be used for mass production or small batch production.
This machine has the
different models, it can be also tailor-made according to the customer’s
request.
